For iPhone users, you’ll need to download Test Flight before downloading the Wing app. Then, download the Wing app here.
**Please note, the app will not automatically update for iPhone users, and you may get a pop-up stating your beta has expired. To keep continuous access, please regularly open the TestFlight app and tap update.

Sign in
iPhone: Sign in with any existing Google account or create a new one to get started.
Android: The email address you use for the Google Play Store must be used to sign in to the Wing app. Don’t know which email address your Google Play account is registered to? Find out here.

Share your location
So we know where to deliver you order.
Confirm your delivery location
Check that the address at the top of the screen matches your address. Tap to change it. For your first delivery to a new address, you must be at that location when you place the order.

Check out
Select your payment method and enter in your details. Enter any promo code you might have in the box below the check out button (note: you must enter your card details, but if you've entered a promo code your card will not be charged!)
Clear the area
The aircraft will lower your package to the ground at the location you selected. Please remove all items or objects from the delivery location, including cars and garden furniture.
Stand clear
Keep people and pets away from the delivery area until the aircraft has flown away.
Remain clear
In the unlikely event the aircraft lands, please do not touch or move the aircraft and contact our support team.
Get information about where your order is in real-time, and monitor its delivery time.
Look for the Wing aircraft (or be notified by our app that the package has been delivered). Our aircraft gently lowers your order to the ground.
Please stand back until the package is fully unloaded, then unpack and enjoy!
