About the Role:
Wing is looking for a Fleet Lead to join our Operations team based remotely in the US. In this role, you’ll build a best-in-class fleet management operation, unlocking Wing's operational scale for years to come. This role will require meticulous planning and strategic oversight to work with internal stakeholders to ensure the Fleet team can always supply the business operations with enough planes to scale a new operational launch while balancing the needs for existing operations' plane availability.
