Why am I not eligible for service?

Wing is operating some of the world’s first commercial drone delivery services to select cities on multiple continents. We’re constantly evaluating opportunities to expand to new communities.

If we operate in your community but you’re not eligible for service, it may be because we were unable to locate a suitable delivery spot on your property. Our drones require a small area that’s clear of trees, powerlines and other obstacles in order to set the package on the ground. If you would like to speak with someone from our team about whether it’s possible to deliver to your property, please contact support@wing.com.
