About the Role:
Wing is looking for an OperationsManager to join our Regional Operations team based in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our drone delivery service, drive operational efficiency, and provide exceptional partner support in order to expand our service to millions of customers.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the day-to-day operations and have direct oversight across all partner sites in Dallas
Work closely with vendors to support our day-to-day and long term staffing plans
Engage with internal and external stakeholders in order to grow service delivery volumes and enhance Wing operations
Drive operational efficiency through continuous process improvements, testing, and documentation
Provide best-in-class support and synthesize partner feedback in order to improve Wing’s service and product offerings
Establish, track, and implement operations KPIs across the teams and sites
Problem solve issues on the ground and advise tactical features and strategic priorities for the Wing product and service
Be data driven and seek insights through analysis in order to optimize operations
What You’ll Need:
8+ years of scaling customer facing operations for both medium and large size operations
3+ years of direct leadership experience in managing extensive teams and contractors
Direct experience with external relationship building with a Fortune 500 companies and stakeholders
Demonstrated success leading large teams with execution and implementation
Experience in data analysis and A/B testing
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Startup and hyper growth company experience
Passion or interest in aviation and last mile delivery
