About the Role:
Wing is looking for a Sr. Compliance Counsel to join our Legal team based in Palo Alto, CA. You will help ensure that Wing is complying with a range of legal, regulatory, contractual, and standards obligations, while promoting an overall culture of compliance. Using right-sized, risk management approaches, you will help build a formal Enterprise Compliance function that will balance Wing’s compliance requirements with the dynamic needs of our business. You will work with leaders across the Company to proactively identify any significant gaps in existing procedures and develop innovative, efficient and effective solutions. You enjoy multitasking and are known for collaboration. You are simultaneously detail-oriented and focused on the big picture. Your written and verbal communication skills are impeccable. You can translate complex concepts into clear, succinct language.
