About the Role:
Wing is looking for a Global Site Launch Manager to join our Operations team based in Palo Alto, CA or Dallas, TX. In this role, you will spearhead the strategic planning and execution of global site launches in partnership with our internal teams and strategic partners. Your efforts will not only shape the success of individual nest launches, but also contribute significantly to a seamless introduction of Wing across diverse global markets.
What You’ll Do:
Directly responsible for the successful deployment of Wing Nests globally to include alignment with customer expectations and partnership requirements.
Program management of all real estate, permitting, logistics coordination, inventory validation and site handover for all Nest deployments.
Manage a team of subject matter experts across multiple disciplines to ensure timely deployments of Wing nests and handover to flight operations and service teams.
Ensure all inventory and equipment requirements are available for scheduled deployments through cross functional collaboration with Logistics, partnerships, project management and flight operations teams.
Establish program management capabilities to effectively and efficiently track the scheduling, deliverables and successful execution of all nest deployments.
Create and manage Key Business Indicators which enable successful tracking, planning, monitoring and corrective action requirements aligned with Wing Nest Deployments.
What You’ll Need:
BS in Logistics or Supply Chain, in related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience managing large external projects and/or operations with extensive cross functional requirements.
3+ years of direct leadership experience in managing a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts with diverse responsibilities.
Demonstrated success in Program management across multiple regions to include working with 3PSP, internal and external stakeholders, cross functional operations and logistics teams.
Direct experience working with external customers and identifying alignment with customer requirements and internal capabilities.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
